Design Support
With the latest in CAD design software, SAY Plastics is prepared to fully support your design team. We will assist you in product development, whether you're making an entirely new part, updating an existing part, or converting a part from metal or fiberglass to plastic. We work with most popular CAD software file formats and have dedicated customer FTP access for large file transfers.
Tooling
SAY Plastics will handle all the tooling necessary to mold and finish your part. Specializing in lower cost entry level tooling we're able to get your project started faster with minimal capital expense. There's no need for you to deal separately with a foundry or tooling contractor. Our in-house capabilities and established relationships with quality tooling sub-contractors allow you to hand off the entire tooling operation and concentrate on your core business.
Value-Added Assembly
When you take advantage of our assembly expertise, your parts arrive ready-to-install. We will source, procure and install all necessary components, from hardware to decoration, relieving you of the need to deal with additional vendors. OEMs save on labor, manufacturing space, and storage costs by allowing SAY Plastics to provide assembly as part of our value-added service.
Supply Chain Management
Get what you need, when you need it. SAY Plastics has dedicated warehouse staff that will work with your logistics team and take care of warehousing and shipping your parts. We will maintain inventory levels specific to your needs and ship when required. . . it's as simple as that.
